Deck Primer

Pre Scarlet & Violet deck.

This deck avoids all the mainstream GLC cards that I think are OP consistency cards. These cards are VS Seeker, Guzma, Float Stone, Trainer's Mail, Battle Compressor, Muscle Band and Tropical Beach.

I could consider Guzma & Hala but I don't like many tools here. Air Balloon, Counter Gain? That's why I have Stadium Nav here still. It is the 60th card in the deck for sure. I thought about adding more tools but I decided against it.

Sonia should be considered as it is a quite versatile card. If I want it, I think I should cut Stadium Nav. The deck would also like another draw supporter probably. There are not many good options to cut though. I considered running 1 less basic energy, we will see in the future.

Dangerous Drill is there because with it we can also discard special energy which is really important in some match-ups. Especially Aromatic Energy and Wash EEnergy can be problematic so we should get rid of them. Running both Enhanced Hammer and Field Blower is also an option or running Faba but Dangerous Drill is a nice type-specific trainer.

Canceling Cologne is there to deal with problematic abilities like Machamp's Crisis Muscles or Snorlax's Unfazed Fat. Because we have a lot of these tech item cards, we are not running Professor's Research.

I am very satisfied with this deck. I should probably change only trainers from now on.
