Cram isn't great for this deck. The point of Radiant Charizard to to have exactly one single prize attacker so if you can force your opponent to knock it out you essentially buy a free turn. Battle VIP Pass is also a card you typically commit to 4 of. Arven could also be a nice 1 of with all of your tools. Turo's Scenario could also be helpful as a one of, but it doesn't particularly matter.
magma basins are vital for attacking second. I'd include 4 and take out a lost vacuum. and 1 devolution should be fine since typically you'd only use one per game when you're preparing to win. Pretty decent deck tho
