I would also suggest taking out zeroara as your deck is focused on spreading damage and using Raichu. Having zeroara is only for a third string att...

You could take out the eelektriks and just add a pal pad and super rod to lower your pokemon count and higher consistency. Love this deck though!

I'd take out two of the tourtougas and one of the fossils. Tourtouga is your late game attacker so you don't need four... fun deck though!

Any advice?? I built this so that it counters the meta. Heat Rotom counters Goldengo, Mow Rotom for Zoaroark and Grimmsnarl, etc. Any changes?

Luminous is just for the Pokémon with 1 energy attack cost
