Deck Primer

This is a water deck for the Gym Leader Challenge format.  It focuses primarily on many forms of searching the deck for whatever you need, hence the name "Fishing for Treasure".  Along with many trainers that help you "fish" for more cards, there is also Abyssal Hand Octillery and Diving Search Swampert.  With these two abilities combined together in play, you can effectively search and get any singular card you desire from your deck per turn.  It has nice options that can be
