This deck wants to go first and to rush Magneton (Cosmic Eclipse) and some stadium. Ideally, aim to power up Raikou (Vivid Voltage) on your first turn as well. On the second turn use Call Signal for Lt. Surge's Strategy (Unbroken Bonds), Xerosic's Machinations (Shrouded Fable) and Delinquent (BREAKpoint). Now the opponent has zero cards in hand and you are prepared to take a two-prize turn with the Amazing Shot using Counter Energy (Crimson Invasion).
