Deck Primer

GLC Dragon Spread Deck centered around Salamence.

Game plan/-play:
1) Start/Early Game:
-> Firstly try to put Drakloak on the Bench since it's the decks card draw engine and get Stormy Mountains into play to start putting Basic Pokémon on the Bench.
-> Get Tatsugiri for the first and/or second turn (depending on the situation on board) into Active Spot, attach U-Turn Board to it and to use its Ability to search for useful Supporters in the top of the deck.
-> Meanwhile set up Noivern

-> Meanwhile set up Noivern as attacker. Then move it into Active Spot and start spreading damage using its Boomburst Attack.

2) Mid-Game:
-> Now get Dragonair on the Bench and start using its Ability to get Evolution Pokémon into your hand to start setting up the decks main attackers.
-> Set up Salamence on the Bench. It is the decks main source of "disruption" since its Ability forces the opponent to move a Benched Pokémon into Active Position. If needed, its Ability can also deal a bit of damage with Spikemuth in play.
-> Then either use Raging Bolt's Thunderburst Storm Attack to snipe weakened Pokémon on the Bench (especially opponents Support Pokémon), Salamence to k.o. the current Active Pokémon with its 220 damage Attack or Flapple's Acidic Mucus Attack if the opponent has => 4 Pokémon with Abilities in play.
-> Use Dragonite's Ability to freely switch your Attackers, depending on the Pokémon the opponent chooses to switch into Active Spot when you use Salamence's Ability.

3) Late Game/Being behind:
-> Basically the same strategy as in Mid-Game, except that Dragonite can now also act as an Attacker if the opponent has taken out your main attackers.

Disclaimer:
- Comments, ideas, etc. are welcome!
- All my decks are mostly built around a theme and built for fun games in the local GLC friends group and LGS.
- Since I'm not a competitive player, this deck it's not meant/recommended for GLC tournament play.
- All my decks have been built/are organized on limitlesstcg.com beforehand and have been tested in https://ptcgsim.online/ and games against friends. They have gone through a lot of changes and I compared them with decks from other players (GLC tournament decks, pokemoncard.io, cardboardwarriors.net, etc.) before I upload them. So I think they are okay as they are.
- However, I'm still open to recommendations for cards that fit into the deck's “theme” and can improve it.
- My decks are subject to change as I update them regularly when new GLC legal sets/cards release.
