Why is there a rapid strike energy? Also, twin energy might be cheaper than DC energy, and has the same effect in GLC.
NoGoodNames This list (and the other GLCs) is just straight off the GLC site (hosting here for my own reference), but I had the same question as you did regarding the Rapid Energy Strike when I saw the list. It looks like it's specifically to fuel the Rapid Strike Roll of Scrolls on Jumpluff, so you can do 30 to each pokemon (or 60 if that KOs one). Twin vs DC is a fair point depending on collection but I've started with some 99 so DCE is already within scope (and it's only one copy)
