I think the other Arcticuno is still better, taking advantage of low-hp stuff to take extra prizes. Also, you may want to find space for the Shady Dealings engine, for more consistency to be sure you get the TM when you need it.
Bit of context: decks don't like to load quickly, so while I'm waiting for them to populate I run a few 'test hand.'
I think the Vaniluxe can be taken out for the Shady Dealings Inteleon line. The spread it provides is negligible for the effort it requires, and the Inteleon's attack does 120 damage and also 20 to one of the benched, so it still fits the spirit of spread and helps with bigger targets.
NoGoodNames I was actually forgetting inteleon, thanks for letting me know. I have tested with the other articuno, and it is good, though even in a spread deck I barely use it.
This articuno may be less explosive but it deals bigger damage to the active and spreads a lot to the bench.
