My personal take on the rain dance/hydro pump archetype of Water GLC. This is my favorite GLC deck, and I will happily defend every card choice if you're curious as to why I'm running X card or not running Y card. (Art choices are the ones I own in paper, although most of my deck is JP holo, which does not show on here, hence the seemingly weird mix of rarities, especially among the trainers.)
