Deck Primer

This deck is focused on loading a ton of energy onto Pokémon with the notable Hydro Pump attack, specifically Blastoise, Veluza, and Wailord. We use Blastoise, Baxcalibur, and Frosmoth to load those energy on. This remains untested, so if you have any suggestions whatsoever, please leave a comment. I'm unfamiliar with the GLC format and this will be my first deck, so if you have any ideas, please leave a comment.
