Deck Primer

This deck is heavily inspired by a deck by @daredfox (https://pokemoncard.io/deck/random-porygon-lost-box-65786), based on Tools, Rotom, and Porygon. I adjusted the deck to be less Lost Zone focused, except for tools, as I still have Colress's Experiment and Lost Vacuum. I added Electrode, and you could add a few other stage 1 Pokémon and make it Zoroark focused, but I chose not to.

Ideally, you put a bunch of random tools on Honchkrow, discard them all with Electrode, put them in the Lost Zone with Rotom, and murder your opponent with Porygon2. You will ideally use Lost Vacuum to put a tool from an opponent's Pokémon in the lost zone, as well as a tool from your hand.

If you can, try to use an Evo TM at the start to get Electrode and Rotom VSTAR, as they will be used before Porygon2. We also have Arezu to search for Porygon. If you can't use Evo TM, use Rotom V's ability to get a few extra cards. Forest Seal Stone will not be used every game, as sometimes you will use Conversion Star to fuel Rotom VSTAR's attack.

You want to take a disruptive or bIg KO with Electrode, a big KO with Rotom, and a smaller KO or 2 with Porygon2. Pacharisu is useful as well, if needed, to do damage before electrode or in case electrode can't come into play.

Radiant Pokémon don't fit in this deck, except maybe Hawlucha or Venusaur, but they don't help much and take up valuable deck and bench space. Radiant Greninja discards valuable energy that we don't have a way to recover.

Have fun playing with this unique Tool focused deck!
