You could take out the eelektriks and just add a pal pad and super rod to lower your pokemon count and higher consistency. Love this deck though!

I would also suggest taking out zeroara as your deck is focused on spreading damage and using Raichu. Having zeroara is only for a third string attacker, but if you have to get to that point your deck is going to lose every game. Focus on consistancy and getting off your attacks early instead.
