Deck Primer

Early Game: 

Get the queen out to summon pokemon. Good to start with Zoroark to put switch out pressure on opponent. Inkay/Malamar are important for getting benched attackers ready, kirlia great for draw power.

Mid Game: 

Once bench is established send out Nidoqueen. With a few evolutions nidoqueen does good damagae, can even search out Gengar, discard, and summon to add more damage to Nidoqueens attacks if needed. Set up either gengar or mimikyu for revenge KO. Can even use Gallade to attack

Quality GLC deck. I find GLC hard to make decks for because of all the different trainers and that the format is so different from standard or even expanded.
