Probably not the most optimal Psychic control deck, as it doesn't center that hard around a solidly strong attacker, but I was looking at Swoobat recently thinking "Man, nobody builds with this thing." Rightfully so, it's a bit underwhelming, but I saw the vision. That being said, I think this list is far from optimal. Likely lots of optimizations to be done!

I wanted to play with some pet cards first and cut the fat after, but I would absolutely recommend trying to fit in some Psychic staples like Wobbuffet or Iron Boulder, amongst many others. I felt the deck was comfortable with basic attackers, but Iron Boulder would slot in nice as an actual damage source. Give it a whirl if you like.

Updated! Gave this deck a test with a friend and figured out a lot of issues with it. Deck is bad, but like, it's Swoobat. It's gonna be bad.
