There are so many good Psychic Pokemon that it's hard to choose. With this list I tried to focus on the advantage of the [Dusk Stone] item and the manipulation of Dusknoir's damage counters.

It has few supports and many evolutions, but with more than 10 ways to search for pokemon and that each one requires little energy to attack, it is very likely that you will always be able to attack.

Also combining Wally and Dusk Stone can make some nasty combos.
