A deck built around having a lot of water energy in the deck for energy acceleration and attack damage.  Once the energy is in the discard pile late game, use Hisuian Basculegion to shuffle it back in and deal high damage at the same time.  There are options to spread damage or to power up a single Pokemon for a big single target attack.  Feedback is appreciated, thank you :D
