Starmie deck in glc, made as more of a spread water deck, but Starmie is the finisher for the game, spreading all the damage around he opponents board.

I know I'm missing some cards because of how many possibilities there are in glc, so please please let me know how to improve this deck.

Also Im only going to make glc decks until one gets deck of the day to spread the word about the format.
