Deck Primer

The goal of the deck is to continually evolve and devolve your Raichu to always have a Paralysis Lock on the active Pokemon. With Sea of Nothingness in play this makes the lock require your opponent to have a Scoop up or switch effect. Both of which are rare in GLC because of access to Float Stone and Air Balloon.

Devolution Spray + Regieleki = Lock

Magnezone + Az or Turo + Lusamine + Cynthia Caitlin = Hard Lock

Magnezone + Lt Surge Strategy + Lusamine + Team Flare Grunt + AZ or Turbo = Hard Lock

This deck, similar to Block Lax, is very good at stranding support Pokemon in the active spot

Beware of Hex Maniac. That card can break the lock.
