Meme GLC deck themed around Team Rocket. Win condition is to mill opponent out with Weezing / Swoobat + cursed shovel + TRs Handiwork and use recovery cards to recur them. 

Rockets admin is 'N' for flavor. The deck lacks support pokemon and could definately refine its game plan but I want to keep the 'team rocket only pokemon' theme.
