The first build if this played with the special condition sleep insted but i found my opponent would flip double heads(slumbering forest) and that would be bad. Alsoit played a lot of hand disruption which i found good in testing but at liverpool regionals the rounds were only 30 mins so with me shuffling lots of cards back into the opponents deck i couldnt deck anyone out (i went 0-1-2)

This build has a cool loop of will with vanilluxe plus switch into floatzel (with a float stone attached) to retreave

This build has a cool loop of will with vanilluxe plus switch into floatzel (with a float stone attached) to retreave switch and vs seeker to repeat the para lock by retreating to vanilluxe and ability + will + awitch into floatzel again. Milotic is also great with keeping the switch + vs seeker in hand
