1st Draft of a Water Gym Leader Deck - would like to know if the Mamoswine works the way I think it does. if it attacks and i remove the energy, even if it knocks out the opposing pokemon, does Mamosine's effect still prevent the opponent from attacking as they still have a defending pokemon?
