I like the core concept of this list a lot, but without Frosmoth, it feels like there needs to be other alternatives to Milotic that let you power up the whale.. is Aqua Patch a card that was cut or considered? Also surprised not to see Raihan or even a Gladion for if one of your essential pieces is prized.

Some good points, I haven't actually played any games with this list. I do play Gladion and some of these other cards in my normal "Energy Grace" list and would definitely be some good additions here. I guess the first draft of the list I was mainly focused on the set up/healing aspect and forgot some of the consistency cards needed for an Energy Grace list. I have edited the list to include some of your ideas and other changes too.
