Deck Primer

This is a water deck I built but I haven't tested it yet. The idea is to block abilities with Greninja end game while milling them away. You have lots of disruption from kingdra, Slowking, Phione, and a bunch of the trainer cards. You have lots of ways to stay consistent with Kingdra, Octilery, and the Inteleon line. The attacks aren't bad as well. You also can't mill from Phione and Tirtouga. I plan on building this and playing it a bunch!
