Followup post to my previous bug report, this issue appears to extend to all special energies at uncommon rarity. Double Colorless energy also does not appear when opening base set 2 as well as the original base set, and both Full Heal and Potion energy do not appear when opening Team Rocket. Plasma Energy does not get opened in Plasma Storm.
All of these energies are Uncommon and do not appear in the pack opener when opening packs, but do appear on the list of cards in the set.
