Yep, I think that's it! I looked it up.
(Yeah, the Barrage Pokemon are kinda nuts for TMs... There's a Bunnelby that has Barrage but it's attacks are also useful. It can mill a card off your opponent's deck or shuffle cards from your discard to thek deck. It's used in a lot of Colorless lists.)
