Cornerstone is the key peice that makes this deck so competitive. It shuts down ability attackers while also spanking decks like Alakazam that are in range of its attack. For that purpose, it is a top tier defensive option to wait out opponents and get your bench loaded for a mid-game attack. Hilda is a quick option for a fully loaded Dragapult when you are in a pickle. Budew is Budew. Meowth is Meowth. Boss's Orders is Boss's Orders. Search for Pokemon is search for Pokemon. And Crispin just allows you to get a bunch of energy. Team Rocket's Petrel is like an Arven, in that it allows to search for trainers, but is not limited to items. You may search for Lillie's Determination, which is Lillie's Determination. Please let me know if there could be any improvements to the deck, but for right now, I think there is nothing you could add that wouldn't trade off something important.
