You would be better off removing a good chunk of that energy, and Bidoof would be a better choice than Eldegloss 

This deck has some kinks that need to be worked out, and stands little chance against Flying Pikachu or decks utilizing Empoleon V.

Needs choice belt, more boss' orders, and unfortunately this deck will get destroyed by Flying Pikachu. Amazing otherwise

Lovely deck. I don't know if the Sandile will have many opportunities to attack, however. Removing a Smeargle could also be beneficial.

Very nice. Only recommendation would be to remove the Vs (and the cards based around them) in exchange for a slowbro and slowpoke.
