in my opinion, you are hindering yourself a bit by not playing any copies of dodrio

You don't need that many energies, and you can add in some rare candies and reversal energies to make the deck work faster

You have no way to get the pokemon the deck is based around into play without rare candy

You have to have a regular empoleon in the deck for the level X to be played

This is just an instant win for your opponent
