I’ve been playing the TCG since XY Flashfire, and my favorite Pokémon is Lucario. I make goofy and serious decks, and sometimes ones that are somewhere in-between. My favorite currently competitively viable deck is Gardevoir ex.

Both good ideas, and I see you've added them, but to actually use Lunala you will need a Cosmoem and Cosmog.

I'm saying it only works when you knock out an opponent's VSTAR or VMAX. It can be activated by any Pokémon V, though.
